This Offer:

• is available to existing Lottomart customers in the UK, Crown Dependencies, and Gibraltar who have previously made at least one deposit or purchase;
• is only available if you are aged 18 or over;
• is subject to all of our other eligibility requirements for the use of our Services and the Site, as are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

You may not participate in this Offer if you have previously been excluded from participating in any other offers or any gaming or wagering on the Site.

Pragmatic Summer Power Network General Terms and Conditions:

The “September Power Weekends” daily tournaments are active in selected games and run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the 1st of September 2023 at 00:01 CEST to the 1st of October 2023 at 23:59 CEST daily (the “Promotion Term”) on the dates outlined in the "Promotional Schedule" below. By participating in the Promotion (as defined below), you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

How to participate in September Power Tournament:

• A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games which will be presented once the game has loaded.
• A player must place real money bets with a minimum stake of £0.50 (GBP) or the equivalent amount in the available currency on any participating game.
• A player will receive points based on the total amount of points received based on In-game wins multiplier.
• The higher the total value of the points received by the player for in-game wins multiplier, the higher the player’s score would be.
• The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each September Power Tournament.

September Power Tournament Prize Table 

General Terms and Conditions – September Power Weekends

• Pragmatic Play’s “September Power Weekends” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of fifteen (15) daily tournaments (each a “September Power Tournament”) which shall run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the Promotion Term.
• The Promotion Term is divided into five (5) weeks, where each week includes three (3) daily September Power Tournaments, which will run from every Friday at 00:01 CEST to every Sunday at 23:59 CEST in the participating games.
• Each promotion week will contain 3x daily tournaments.
• In order to participate in any daily Summer Power Tournament, a player must join/opt-in in any of the participating games.
• In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player shall be required to play using a real money spin under the following conditions:
• All spins with a minimum bet of £0.50 (or the equivalent amount in available currencies*) in the participating games will be considered eligible for the Promotion (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
• If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the minimum bet shall be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the game.
• Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible to participate in the September Power Tournament.
• The Promotion’s mechanics are described below:
  • Each calendar week within the Promotion’s Term includes three (3) daily September Power Tournaments.
  • The leaderboard in the Promotion is ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on the total amount of points received based on the in-game wins multiplier.
  • A player will be awarded points if he/she places Qualifying Bets, and the win multiplier (win multiplier is calculated as total win divided by total bet for each round) is equal or greater to the win multiplier values in the table below (for example, a player places a £2 bet on any of the participating games and wins £200, in this example, the win multiplier of the qualifying bet is 100 (200/2=100) and the player will receive 500 points).
  • The configured win multiplier means the exact number and any higher value up to the next tier.

• Expected weekly prize pool: €150,000 in cash.
• Expected total prize pool: €750,000 in cash.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab in the participating games or in the table above these Terms and Conditions.
• All amounts are displayed in-game in the Player's Currency (where "Player's Currency" means the currency of the territory in which the player is located).
• Prizes in the September Power Tournament may be won by players in the form of cash amount as set out in the September Power Tournament Prize Table.
• The September Power Tournament rules are built-in the participating games.
• All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
• The leaderboard is built into the participating game/s and updates in real-time.
• In the event that two (2) or more players finish any September Power Tournament with the same number of points and in the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.
• A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in the September Power Weekends Promotion.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel September Power Weekends, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

Week 1 - Big Bass Weekend

• Schedule: runs daily from 1st September 00:01 CEST until 3rd September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.

Week 2 - Dog House Weekend

• Schedule: runs daily from 8th September 00:01 CEST until 10th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
• Eligible games: The Dog House House Multihold, The Dog House, The Dog House Megaways.

Week 3 - Megaways Weekend

• Schedule: runs daily from 15th September 00:01 CEST until 17th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
• Eligible games: Muertos Multiplier Megaways, Wild Wild Riches Megaways, Great Rhino Megaways.

Week 4 - Sweet Weekend

• Schedule: runs daily from 22nd September 00:01 CEST until 24th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
• Eligible games: Sweet Powernudge, Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush.

Week 5 - Gods Weekend

• Schedule: runs daily from 29th September 00:01 CEST until 1st October 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
• Eligible games: Zeus vs Hades - God of War, Wisdom of Athena, Gates of Olympus.

Restrictions
Our offers are created to be great value for recreational players; we want you to enjoy our Site and get the most out of your time with us. Unfortunately, not all players join for the same reason. Any breaches of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions which are intended to enhance your expected outcome shall be deemed to be "Prohibited Actions". The Prohibited Actions are any of the following:

• you have opened multiple accounts and attempted to claim or successfully claim this offer more than once with any duplicate accounts;
• this Offer has been claimed by more than one person in your household. If you have multiple people at the same address who want to claim this Offer, then you must contact support and we will consider your request;
• you were not the intended recipient of this Offer and have manipulated clicks, links, communications, or some other aspect of our systems, affiliate systems, or advertising platforms in order to claim it;
• you have delayed a game round inside a type of game (including Free Spins features and bonus features) to a later time in order to manipulate the Playthrough Requirement;
• you structured your play to accrue persistent collectibles or unlocks in games using Bonus Funds and waited until after the Bonus was no longer active to release any benefits from those collectibles or unlocks with cash - this includes any similar strategies where benefit is accrued and delayed as a means to bypass or manipulate the Playthrough requirement;
• you have misrepresented your account data to mislead us or circumvent any detection systems/checks we have in place;
• you have adopted playing strategies that are deliberately designed to increase your chances such as using minimal risk wagering patterns;
• you have participated in syndicated play by working with other customers to enhance the likely outcome of the adopted playing strategy;
• you deposited using a payment method that was not in your own name;
• you are using bots or other automated systems to create accounts, play games, circumvent our client interfaces or otherwise use our systems;
• you were able to gain an advantage due to a system error, bug, or failure;
• you noticed an error, bug, or failure that would cause this Offer to behave abnormally and did not notify us;
• you structured your play to generate substantial wins on games with a 0% Playthrough Contribution Rate or Cash-Only Games and then switched to games with a Playthrough Contribution Rate greater than 0% to meet the Playthrough Requirements;
• you used a proxy or VPN to mask your true location or IP.

In addition to the Prohibited Actions, you must not breach any other terms of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions (an "Infringement")

(i) cancel any pending withdrawals you have that include any derived winnings;
(ii) cancel your remaining Bonus Balance and reverse/void any derived winnings in your Cash Balance;
(iii) void the any accrued Diamonds;
(iv) remove Diamond Status;
(v) void or cancel any pending bets including unused free spins and scratchcards;
(vi) close or block your account;
(vii) remove your participation in this Offer or any other offer; and
(viii) return any remaining Cash Balance after all other adjustments above have been made
(collectively the “Remedial Actions”). We will notify you when we take any of the Remedial Actions.

Other
We may request such documentation, information, or evidence as we may reasonably require to determine if you have committed an Infringement and/or engaged in any Prohibited Actions.
We will not amend this Offer or these Offer Terms unless (i) we are required to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory change or (ii) to address or correct any significant issues relating to the Offer, such as software errors or any manifest error in the Offer itself. Any such change will not adversely impact you if you have already started wagering under this Offer.
In the event that your deposit is necessary to qualify and participate in this Offer is cancelled, refused, or charged back by a payment processor, we shall be entitled to perform the Remedial Actions and will notify you of this.
In addition to these Offer Terms, your use of our Services and your participation in any gaming or wagering (including this Offer) is governed by our General Terms and Conditions.
