Eligibility & Validity

This Offer:

• is available to existing Lottomart customers in the UK, Crown Dependencies, and Gibraltar who have previously made at least one deposit or purchase;
• is only available if you are aged 18 or over;
• is subject to all of our other eligibility requirements for the use of our Services and the Site, as are set out in our General Terms and Conditions

You may not participate in this Offer if you have previously been excluded from participating in any other offers or any gaming or wagering on the Site. 

How to participate in Hallowins

• The “Pragmatic Hallowins” promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from the 28th of October 2024 at 09:01 (UK Time) to the 3rd of November 2024 at 22:59 (UK Time) (the “Promotion Term”). By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
• A player must make at least one (1) real money spin with any bet amount/stake on any of the participating games. Participating games can be found onsite under the Hallowins tab and are as follows:

• Any Qualifying Bet (as defined below) placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the Promotion Term.
• A player may win multiple prize drops during the Promotion Term. Each player may win a maximum of three (3) prizes during each Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop.

Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop Prize Table

Prize payout calculation for the Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop:

• The winning spin bet amount will determine the final cash value of the winning multiplier prize (for illustrative purposes, a player places a bet of twenty Pence (£0.20) and receives a 10X prize drop. The player's final cash amount will be calculated as the player’s stake multiplied (X) by the multiplier won (i.e 0.20*10) and will receive two Euro (£2)).
• The prize will be calculated accordingly: (winning spin bet amount multiplied (X) by the multiplier won).
•  If the winning spin bet amount exceeds ~maxBet, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of ~maxBet (or the equivalent amount in the available currencies) multiplied (X) by the multiplier won.

General terms and conditions – Pragmatic Hallowins:

• Pragmatic Play’s “Pragmatic Hallowins” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of seven (7) prize drops (each a “Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop”) which shall run daily during the Promotion Term, as follows:

  • The first daily Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will start on Monday 28^th of October 2024 at 09:01 (UK Time) and will end upon the earlier of: (i) Monday, 28^th of October at 22:59 (UK Time); or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

  • Every other daily Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will start daily at 11:01 (UK Time) and will end upon the earlier of: (i) 22:59 (UK Time); or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the Promotion Term.
• To participate in a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in.

• To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player is required to play a real money spin with any bet amount/stake (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for the running ‘Pragmatic Hallowins’ Prize Drop promotion. 
• There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.

• The expected total prize pool for the whole Promotion is ~totalPool in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet and/or Instant Bonus (as defined below), where the winnings will be paid in cash.

• Prizes will be awarded to players as per the ‘Prizes’ tab available in any of the participating games or in the table above these Terms and Conditions.
• All amounts are displayed in-game and paid out to players in the Player's Currency (where "Player's Currency" means the currency of the territory in which the player is located).

• Prizes in the Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops will be awarded to players in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet and/or Instant Bonus (as defined below), as set out in the ‘Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops’ Prize Table.

  • If the winning spin bet amount exceeds ~maxBet, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of ~maxBet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies multiplied (X) by the multiplier received.
• Instant bonuses (the “Instant Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in any of the participating games. If a player receives an Instant Bonus during a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop, the player will be granted a direct free entry into the bonus mode of Vampy Party (the selected participating game*) based on the same bet amount as the winning bet.
  • The Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player. 

  • If the bet amount of the Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds ~highestBet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies, the Instant Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of ~highestBet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies.  

  • If the participating game does not have ~highestBet bet available, the Instant Bonus will be paid out at the next available higher bet in the participating game.

  • The Instant Bonus prizes won in a Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Instant Bonus has been won.
  • The Instant Bonus prizes will be valid for seven (7) days from the time they have been awarded to the player. The Instant Bonus will expire if not utilised within 7 days from being awarded to the player.

    *Pragmatic Play reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to change the game in which the Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to players.

• The Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop rules are built into the participating games. 
• The Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• A player may win a maximum of three (3) prizes during each Pragmatic Hallowins Prize Drop.
• All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
• A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in this Promotion.

• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players who have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players’ activities to identify any potential abuse. If such a review reveals abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Additionally, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to maintain the fairness of the Promotion for all participants.

Restrictions

Our offers are created to be great value for recreational players; we want you to enjoy our Site and get the most out of your time with us. Unfortunately, not all players join for the same reason. Any breaches of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions which are intended to enhance your expected outcome shall be deemed to be "Prohibited Actions". The Prohibited Actions are any of the following:

• you have opened multiple accounts and attempted to claim or successfully claim this offer more than once with any duplicate accounts;
• this Offer has been claimed by more than one person in your household. If you have multiple people at the same address who want to claim this Offer, then you must contact support and we will consider your request;
• you were not the intended recipient of this Offer and have manipulated clicks, links, communications, or some other aspect of our systems, affiliate systems, or advertising platforms in order to claim it;
• you have delayed a game round inside a type of game (including free spins features and bonus features) to a later time in order to manipulate the Playthrough Requirement;
• you structured your play to accrue persistent collectibles or unlocks in games using Bonus Funds and waited until after the Bonus was no longer active to release any benefits from those collectibles or unlocks with cash - this includes any similar strategies where benefit is accrued and delayed as a means to bypass or manipulate the Playthrough requirement;
• you have misrepresented your account data to mislead us or circumvent any detection systems/checks we have in place;
• you have adopted playing strategies that are deliberately designed to increase your chances such as using minimal risk wagering patterns;
• you have participated in syndicated play by working with other customers to enhance the likely outcome of the adopted playing strategy;
• you deposited using a payment method that was not in your own name;
• you are using bots or other automated systems to create accounts, play games, circumvent our client interfaces or otherwise use our systems;
• you were able to gain an advantage due to a system error, bug, or failure;
• you noticed an error, bug, or failure that would cause this Offer to behave abnormally and did not notify us;
• you structured your play to generate substantial wins on games with a 0% Playthrough Contribution Rate or Cash-Only Games and then switched to games with a Playthrough Contribution Rate greater than 0% to meet the Playthrough Requirements;
• you used a proxy or VPN to mask your true location or IP; or
• your deposit (as necessary to qualify and participate in this Offer) is cancelled, refused, or charged back by a payment processor.

In addition to the Prohibited Actions, you must not breach any other terms of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions (an "Infringement")

If we discover or have reason to suspect that you have been engaging in any of the Prohibited Actions or have committed an Infringement, then we will freeze your account and withhold your winnings while we investigate. You agree to cooperate with any such investigation including by supplying any documentation, information, or evidence that we may reasonably request to determine if you have committed an Infringement and/or engaged in any Prohibited Actions. If our investigation concludes that you have engaged in any of the Prohibited Actions or have committed an Infringement, we will take the following remedial actions (if/as applicable):

(i) cancel any pending withdrawals you have that include any derived winnings;

(ii) cancel your remaining Bonus Balance and reverse/void any derived winnings in your Cash Balance;

(iii) void any accrued Diamonds;

(iv) remove Diamond Status;

(v) void or cancel any pending bets including unused free spins and scratchcards;

(vi) close or block your account;

(vii) remove your participation in this Offer or any other offer; and

(viii) return any remaining Cash Balance after all other adjustments above have been made

(collectively the “Remedial Actions”). We will notify you when we take any of the Remedial Actions.

Other

We will not amend this Offer or these Offer Terms unless (i) we are required to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory change or (ii) to address or correct any significant issues relating to the Offer, such as software errors or any manifest error in the Offer itself. Any such change will not adversely impact you if you have already started wagering under this Offer.

In addition to these Offer Terms, your use of our Services and your participation in any gaming or wagering (including this Offer) is governed by our General Terms and Conditions
