This Offer:

is available to existing Lottomart customers in the UK, Crown Dependencies, and Gibraltar who have previously made at least one deposit or purchase;
is only available if you are aged 18 or over;
is subject to all of our other eligibility requirements for the use of our Services and the Site, as set out in our General Terms and Conditions

You may not participate in this Offer if you have previously been excluded from participating in any other offers or any gaming or wagering on the Site.

General Rules

The Wicked Wins (the “Promotion”) runs from 28th October 2026 at 09:01 (UK Time) to 1st November 2026 at 22:59 (UK Time) (the “Promotion Period”) and is available on select Halloween-themed Slot games (each a “Participating Game”).
To take part in the Wicked Wins promotion, you are required to join or opt-in through any of the Participating Games. Once joined/opted-in, you will qualify for the entire promotion.
By opting in for the Wicked Wins promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

How to win in Wicked Wins

To qualify for a random prize, you must place real-money spins at any bet stake, subject to the game-specific minimum bet requirements, on any Participating Game (each a “Qualifying Bet”) and collect all configured symbols (as described below):
A symbol may be randomly triggered on each Qualifying Bet, with a maximum of one (1) symbol awarded per Qualifying Bet. The configured symbols are a pumpkin, a ghost and a candy.
The symbols are used solely to determine eligibility for a random prize. You must collect all three (3) symbols to qualify. No prize, reward or other benefit is awarded for collecting only one (1) or two (2) symbols.
Once you collect a symbol, you can continue playing and collecting any symbols on subsequent Qualifying Bets until you complete the entire set of three (3).
Once you have collected all three (3)symbols, the screen will display a selection of chests. Select one (1) chest to open and reveal your random prize.

What you can win in the Wicked Wins promotion

Prizes will be awarded either as a multiplier of the winning bet stake ([multiplier] × bet stake), subject to a maximum bet cap of ~maxBet for prize payout, or as twenty (20) or ten (10) free spins (“Free Spins”) (as described below).
Available prizes are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game or in the table below:

Free Spins must be used in the same game in which the prize was won, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. Where the winning bet stake exceeds ~maxBet, the Free Spins will be awarded at ~maxBet (or, if unavailable, the next higher available bet stake).
Free Spins will become available shortly after being awarded. If they do not appear immediately, you may need to refresh the game.
Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time they are awarded. If not claimed or used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.
If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (“Bonus Buy”) in a Participating Game, any prize will be awarded before entry into the Free Spins feature and will be calculated based on the fixed bet stake of ~maxBet per spin, regardless of the cost of the Bonus Buy.
If you place a special bet (e.g. “Ante Bet”, “Super Spin”), the prize awarded will be based on the fixed bet stake of ~maxBet per spin.
You may win a maximum of two (2) prizes during this Promotion.
You can track your collection progress, your winnings, other players’ winnings and the prizes remaining in real time through the promotional in-game interface.

Other Terms & Conditions

There is no additional cost to participate in this Promotion.
Winnings from this Promotion are credited as cash with no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
Participation in this Promotion does not alter or affect the game’s Return to Player (RTP) or chance of winning.
In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins, or prize outcomes may be voided or reinstated in accordance with the Operator’s procedures.
Pragmatic Play is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or platform outages that may affect participation or scoring.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless required to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players’ activity to detect potential abuse. If abuse or unlawful behaviour is identified, winnings may be forfeited and participation in future promotions restricted. Restriction

Our offers are created to be of great value for recreational players; we want you to enjoy our Site and get the most out of your time with us. Unfortunately, not all players join for the same reason. Any breaches of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions which are intended to enhance your expected outcome shall be deemed to be "Prohibited Actions". The Prohibited Actions are any of the following:

you have opened multiple accounts and attempted to claim or successfully claim this offer more than once with any duplicate accounts;
this Offer has been claimed by more than one person in your household. If you have multiple people at the same address who want to claim this Offer, then you must contact support and we will consider your request;
you were not the intended recipient of this Offer and have manipulated clicks, links, communications, or some other aspect of our systems, affiliate systems, or advertising platforms in order to claim it;
you have delayed a game round inside a type of game (including Free Spins features and bonus features) to a later time in order to manipulate the Playthrough Requirement;
you structured your play to accrue persistent collectibles or unlocks in games using Bonus Funds and waited until after the Bonus was no longer active to release any benefits from those collectibles or unlocks with cash - this includes any similar strategies where benefit is accrued and delayed as a means to bypass or manipulate the Playthrough requirement;
you have misrepresented your account data to mislead us or circumvent any detection systems/checks we have in place;
you have adopted playing strategies that are deliberately designed to increase your chances such as using minimal risk wagering patterns;
you have participated in syndicated play by working with other customers to enhance the likely outcome of the adopted playing strategy;
you deposited using a payment method that was not in your own name;
you are using bots or other automated systems to create accounts, play games, circumvent our client interfaces or otherwise use our systems;
you were able to gain an advantage due to a system error, bug, or failure;
you noticed an error, bug, or failure that would cause this Offer to behave abnormally and did not notify us;
you structured your play to generate substantial wins on games with a 0% Playthrough Contribution Rate or Cash-Only Games and then switched to games with a Playthrough Contribution Rate greater than 0% to meet the Playthrough Requirements;
you used a proxy or VPN to mask your true location or IP.

In addition to the Prohibited Actions, you must not breach any other terms of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions (an "Infringement")

(collectively the “Remedial Actions”). We will notify you when we take any of the Remedial Actions.

Other

We may request such documentation, information, or evidence as we may reasonably require to determine if you have committed an Infringement and/or engaged in any Prohibited Actions.

We will not amend this Offer or these Offer Terms unless (i) we are required to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory change or (ii) to address or correct any significant issues relating to the Offer, such as software errors or any manifest error in the Offer itself. Any such change will not adversely impact you if you have already started wagering under this Offer.

In the event that your deposit is necessary to qualify and participate in this Offer is cancelled, refused, or charged back by a payment processor, we shall be entitled to perform the Remedial Actions and will notify you of this.
