How to use debit and credit cards

Here's a quick and simple guide on how to pay using your debit and credit cards. For limits, timings, and additional details, please see the deposit and withdrawal options article.

Depositing via debit or credit card

1. Choose debit/credit card to pay and follow the instructions on screen.
2. Enter all your card details and confirm.
3. Upon confirmation, all items in your cart will be paid for and available to use immediately. The transaction should only take a few seconds.

Withdrawing via debit or credit card

1. Select the card you used to pay on the withdrawal screen. This will only appear as an option if you previously deposited via that card and have not removed it from your saved payment methods.
2. Confirm the amount to withdraw to submit the request.
3. Once approved, the money will be transferred back to your card.
