  • is available from 00:00 on 26th August 2022 to 23:59 on 29th August 2022 (“the Promotional Period”). All times are UK times;

  • includes the possibility of winning a prize (“the Prize Draw”), awarded by Eyecon Alderney Ltd, Inchalla, Le Val, Alderney, British Channel Islands, GY9 3UL (“the Promoter”), which you must be lawfully eligible to accept under the local and national laws of your jurisdiction;
  • is subject to additional terms and conditions (including further proof of eligibility and identity beyond the information you have already provided to Lottomart, as well as additional restrictions) defined by The Promoter, which are set out in the section titled “Promoter’s Terms & Conditions” below.

How To Participate

If you have satisfied the eligibility requirements above and this Offer appears in your "My Promotions" area, you can participate in this Offer as follows:

  • after the close of the Promotional Period, the draw will then take place on 30th August 2022 with winners to be credited by 23:59 (UK time) 2nd September 2022.

How prizes are awarded and claimed

Entries into the Prize Draw are processed by The Promoter as follows:

  • The total prize fund is £15,000, which will be split between Prize Draw entries as follows:
    • 4 prizes of £500
    • 6 prizes of £250
    • 10 prizes of £100
    • 30 prizes of £50
    • 50 prizes of £25
    • 150 prizes of £10
    • 1250 prizes of £5
  • winners will be chosen in a random draw, conducted by independent promotional verification services PromoVeritas, which will process all valid entries received by Lottomart on 30th August 2022;
  • each entry into the Prize Draw is processed individually, and multiple entries are permitted - making it possible to win more than one prize;
  • winners will receive their proportional share via funds (in £ GBP) deposited to their Lottomart account by 23:59 on 2nd September 2022 (UK time);
  • there is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part;
  • use of any funds deposited in your Lottomart account from the Prize Draw will not be subject to any further restrictions or wagering restrictions and can be withdrawn according to the same Terms & Conditions that govern other funds held in your Lottomart account. All prize funds are treated as cash.

Restrictions

Any breaches of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions which are intended to enhance your expected outcome shall be deemed to be "Prohibited Actions". The Prohibited Actions are any of the following:

  • you used a proxy or VPN to mask your true location or IP.

In addition to the Prohibited Actions, you must not breach any other terms of these Offer Terms and/or our General Terms and Conditions (an "Infringement")

    (i) cancel any pending withdrawals you have that include any derived winnings;
    (ii) cancel your remaining Bonus Balance and reverse/void any derived winnings in your Cash Balance;
    (iii) void the any accrued Diamonds;
    (iv) remove Diamond Status;
    (v) void or cancel any pending bets including unused free spins and scratchcards;
    (vi) close or block your account;
    (vii) remove your participation in this Offer or any other offer; and
    (viii) return any remaining Cash Balance after all other adjustments above have been made

(collectively the “Remedial Actions”). We will notify you when we take any of the Remedial Actions.


Promoter’s Terms & Conditions

  1. All entrants must ensure that their participation (including the acceptance of any Prize awarded) is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which they are a citizen and/or resides.   1. To comply with applicable laws, and so that this website and promotion remains safe and secure, we may request proof of eligibility and identity. This must be provided upon request. To enter: Log in to your Lottomart account (or create an account) and get one entry for every £10 wagered (or local currency equivalent as indicated in Clause 10) on the games detailed in Clause 8, during the Promotion Period to be entered into the prize draw.   1. The winners will be selected in a random draw to be conducted by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries received by the Promoter, within one working day after the relevant Draw Period.
  1. Entrants may win more than one prize as multiple entries are permitted.
  1. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 2 working days of the draw date.
  1. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the entrant or the company) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method. Those failing to respond to such notification within 14 days may forfeit the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant.
