How to verify your account
Betting companies are legally required to verify the age and personal details customers. This is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). We can do this automatically with most players, but sometimes we may require additional information. You won’t be able to place bets until you’re verified.
You can verify your account in 3 easy steps. You’ll receive an email or SMS from HooYu (our verification partner) with a website link that guides you through the process to:
✅ Upload a selfie using your mobile
✅ Snap a picture of your ID document
✅ Upload the final picture of your proof of address
Once your details are reviewed and approved by our team, you’ll be notified by email.

Verify your funds
Sometimes we may reach out and confidentially ask you about your income, how you earn it, and your betting spend relative to your funds. Like account verification, we’re legally required to do this - here’s why:
- To ensure that you’re spending money on betting within your means.
- To understand the source and sustainability of your income.
Our regulators have given us guidance on how to use this information to assess whether your spending level is generally considered affordable under your circumstances.
This conversation usually takes form in a short call where we’d typically ask about your occupation. In some cases, we may require additional documentation (such as payslip or bank statement) to support what has been discussed in the call.
