You enrolled in the Diamond Club when you register, earning diamonds for each applicable purchase and play you make through the Site.
You will not earn diamonds if you are redeeming diamonds to pay for a purchase.
Certain promotions may not earn you diamonds. Please refer to promotion-specific terms and conditions for details.
The number of diamonds that your earn for your activity is tracked in the transactions area.
The more diamonds you collect, the higher your Player Account Diamond Club status will be. There are 5 statuses: Club, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your starting status level is Club.
Once you have earned enough diamonds to achieve a new diamond tier level (Club, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) there is no decay to your status or any requirements to maintain that status.
You can check your diamond status and your diamond balance in the diamonds area of the Site.
You can check your progress to the next level in the diamonds area of the Site.
You may only use the diamonds earned on your Player Account to pay for cash top ups, lottery bets, or scratch cards. Diamonds will appear as a payment option provided that you have sufficient diamonds in your diamonds balance to cover the entire cost of the purchase(s).
A diamond equivalent cash value when applied towards a purchase is currency dependent and may be subject to change at any time. You can check the diamond price of items in your cart by opting to pay with diamonds.
Diamonds have no cash value.
Diamonds cannot be withdrawn.
All the diamonds earned on your Player Account will expire after a year if you make no purchases for a continuous period of 6 months (183 days). As long as you make one purchase within every 6 months (183 days) of your last purchase, your diamond balance will remain.
Diamonds cannot be transferred to another Player or Player Account and cannot otherwise be transferred.
