Manage account details

You can view and edit your account details in the settings area. Please make sure that your contact details and all other personal information is up to date and matches official information you use for payments or proof of address. This will minimise any delays or issues we might encounter if those details are not the same.

What can I change myself?

You can update your email address and password anytime.

When should I contact support?

If you need to fix errors or update to your address, phone number, date or birth, name, or gender, contact support. One of our team members will happily assist you.

Please don't create a new account since duplicates are not permitted! It's a lot easier just to talk to us.
