Check if you've won

We make results available as soon as possible after the official draw has taken place. You will receive a results notification by one or more of the following:

• In-app alert that lets you know you have a result waiting. When clicked, this will show you a summary of your available results since you last checked.
• Email if your account communication preferences allow.
• App notification if you are using our app, have allowed our app to send you notifications, and your account communication preferences allow.

Most prizes will be credited to your account immediately. Bigger wins in the top prize tiers may be subject to additional verification procedures and adjustments. If you haven't heard from us, please check your bet ticket for more information and wait a few hours for your account to be credited.

If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact support and we can investigate.
