Bet statuses explained

We have the following bet statuses: pending, in-play, resulted, verifying, and void.

Pending status means that your bets are registered with us and that the draw itself is pending. Your lotto bets will display a status of pending until the closing time of the draw.

Once the draw closes, your line bets should update to display in-play before the draw takes place.

After the draw has settled, the amount won for each line bet will replace the status message (i.e. resulted). In some exceptional cases, we may need to further verify the results so the status will show as verifying until the final win amounts are published.

Please note that under exceptional circumstances a void bet status is also possible prior to the draw taking place (cancellation of the draw or a technical issue). In the unlikely event that a bet is voided, your stakes are returned. Once a bet status displays as in-play or shows a bet result after the the draw, bets can no longer be voided unless there has been a breach of our general terms and conditions. Void bets are highly unlikely but we mention it here to be fully transparent.
