What is reality check?

Reality check is a reminder that appears overtop of your gameplay to let you know how long you have spent playing. When visible, you can continue playing, stop playing, or review your activity. It is one of the Play Sense tools we offer to help you manage your time; if enabled, you can set it to appear every 20, 40, or 60 minutes of continuous play.

On top of your personal reality check settings, we also have system reality checks that may appear after longer periods of play. They work the same way.
